Take home a memento from tonight’s Gala and head off to Carmel Valley, or perhaps win a diamond pendant! That’s right, you read it correctly – this is an unusual lot and here’s how it works: when we get to this lot, the youngest person at each table will have ninety seconds to auction off the beautiful 1001 Nights-inspired centerpiece you see in front of you. He/she will then write the name, bidder number and winning bid amount on the paper provided at each table, place it in the accompanying envelope, and pass it to one of the collectors. The results will be tallied, and before the live auction is over, we will announce the name of the highest bidder in the entire room as the winner of not only the centerpiece, but also a weekend stay at a luxurious three bedroom, two bathroom condo on the 15th hole of the Carmel Valley Resort, generously donated by WEHCO Media, Inc.  (Transportation and meals not included. Dates to be mutually agreed upon). In the event of two or more equal high bids, there will be a live auction between the bidders to break the tie.

The winner of the “highest bid in the room” will enjoy this weekend stay at the Carmel Valley Resort, while the “second highest bid in the room” will win a gorgeous detailed heart-shaped diamond pendant on a double platinum neck chain, donated by Darren McClung Precious Jewelry. The “third highest bid in the room” will go home with two bottles of 2000 Outpost Howell Mountain Zinfandel wine.

Please note that the highest bidder at each table will win the centerpiece on their table and charged accordingly. The winner will take it home with the night of the Gala.
