This sweet gourmet package is the perfect item for anyone who thinks dessert should be served before the main course!

For 9 months, ISTP parent and pastry chef extraordinaire Melody Aprill, will prepare delicious, fresh-baked, mouth watering desserts and deliver them to your home.  Melody has created masterpieces for high-end hotels, as well as for the Blair House which is the President's guesthouse in Washington DC.

Each masterpiece will serve 8-10 people, and will be scheduled as follows:



  • May 2009 - Bundt Cakes: Chocolate Marble & Key Lime

  • September 2009 - Assorted Homemade Sorbets and Ice Creams. 1 pint each: Aged Balsamic Vinegar Ice Cream, Chocolate Sorbet, & Strawberry Mint Sorbet

  • October 2009 - Homemade Carmel / Chocolate Dipped Apples

  • November 2009 - Assorted Fall Pies & Tart: Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Pecan Pie, & Apple Crème Cheese Tart

  • December 2009 - Christmas Buche de Noel

  • January 2010 - Assorted Chocolates and Truffles

  • February 2010 - Assorted Cookies and Bar Cookies

  • March 2010 - Lemon Tart w/ Berry Sauce

  • April 2010 - Decadent Chocolate Cheesecake


You must live within the Palo Alto/Menlo Park area to receive delivery of these items. The delivery date will be the 3rd weekend of the month.  Should either party be out of town during a scheduled delivery date, an alternative date that will be acceptable to both parties will be decided upon. Please no substitutions. 


If you have food restrictions and/or are allergic to nuts, dairy, strawberries, sugar, or chocolate, please do not bid.

Gift certificates and paper products can be mailed to the winner's home; all other items must be picked up at ISTP's Cohn Campus.
