Description
Red Lantern in Redwood City has an impressive decor and great ambiance. It also boasts a gem of a chef. Executive Chef Daniel Sudar masterfully crafts the complex flavors of dishes from the Philippines, Indonesia, Burma, and other Southeast Asian countries. He was most recently chef de cuisine at San Francisco's Betelnut and has cooked with Gary Danko at the Ritz-Carlton. He grows his own kalamansi, lemongrass, and other ingredients at the rooftop of the restaurant. Chef Sudar's cuisine is worth a discovery!
