The entire cover of this lovely item is generously decorated with color beads, studs, patchwork, raised colored threadwork, and embroidery.  The back is cotton with overlapping slits allowing you to insert the cushion or filling.  This pillow cover is also wonderful as table topper or multicolor tapestry for walls.
