Description
Hot Pot (火锅, huǒguō) is also called Chinese Steamboat or sometimes Chinese Fondue. Huǒ means "fire", while guō refers to "pot". It consists of a simmering pot of stock at the center of the dining table. While the hot pot is kept simmering, ingredients are placed into the pot and are cooked at the table. Typical hot pot dishes include thinly sliced meat, tofu, vegetables, and seafood. The cooked food is usually eaten with a dipping sauce.
How would you and five of your friends like to come to the home of ISTP parent Kathleen Lau and experience a heartwarming hot pot luncheon? Delectable Chinese desserts and delightful Chinese teas will grace your conversations as well.
Lunch will be held at the home of ISTP parent Kathleen Lau on an amicable weekday before May 2009.
