Membership expires one year from date of redemption.  Membership does not include racquetball, tennis, Passport Classes, tanning or childcare privileges.   Retail Value of this certificate is $650.  Membership can only be redeemed by a new member and cannot replace a current Bally Total Fitness member obligation.  A current membership cannot be cancelled to redeem this certificate.   This offer is limited to persons 18 years of age or older.  Some restrictions apply.  The bearer of certificate shall be required to execute a standard Bally membership agreement.
