The company's Tijuana Flats Hot Foods is a leading wholesale distributor of hot sauces in the US that makes its own brands of habanero and jalapeno sauces, including Chets Gone Mad and Tijuana Flats Mojo Mango Sauce. COO Brian Wheeler opened the first Tijuana Flats in 1995.
