The Spin Card is good for 10 forty-five minute workouts at the Worcester JCC. This exciting instructor-led group cycling class allows individuals of all fitness levels to complete a cardiovascular routine successfully on our Star Trac Spinners. Allow yourself to be led on an all terrain, strength training or endurance ride and benefit from this exciting mind-body workout.
