Description
You are bidding on a signed lithograph entitled, "After the Storm, The Promise" by the artist M.D.H. Keane. The print with frame measures 32 1/2" (width) by 33 " (height). The dimensions of just the picture (not including white border area) is 20" x 20".
The lithograph is one of a suite of (3) lithographs in a limited edition, hand-signed and numbered by the artist. Please see lots 117 and 119 for the other two lithographs in this series.
This lot comes with a copy of the "certificate of authenticity" issued by the Center Art Galleries- Hawaii, Inc. on 12/12/86.
Special Instructions
This picture was not examined out of the frame. Printed on the lower left of the lithograph is "K 93/99" and on the lower right is the signature "MDH Keane".
This lithograph has been hanging in a Worcester area house since 1986. If you wish to examine the condition of the lithograph or have any questions, please call the "Special Projects Department" of the Worcester Jewish Community Center at 508-756-7109, Monday - Friday. Please call in advance for a viewing, the lithograph is not on-site.
