You are bidding on a vintage wine dispenser.  The dispenser is from Germany and was made around 1950/1960.  The dispenser on top is made of glass with etched grapes and the cap is brass.  The tip of the glasss dispenser is of silver colored metal.  The "s-curved" holder is also made of brass.  The dispenser comes with 6 glasses and a tray,..one of the glasses has a large chip on the side.
