Located in the fishing village of Westport Point, MA, where the east and west branches of the Westport River meet the Atlantic, enjoy a lovely vacation at this quaint and tastefully-renovated Queen Anne farmhouse (circa 1895). The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, outdoor shower, kitchen, dining room, living room, parlors, farmer's porch, and large deck. Included with this getaway is a $100 gift certificate to the famous Back Eddy Restaurant and a gift certificate for wine tasting at Westport Rivers Vineyards, located nearby. This perfect getaway will be available for any long weekend in June or September or for a midweek stay (M-F) in July. Owners are open to allowing up to a week's stay in June or September, if the winning bidder so requests. The house is not available in August or 4th of July weekend, including Friday, July 3rd.
Special Instructions
This item is limited to the Pine Hill community. From the house, you can enjoy a walk to go fishing, boating, the fish market and the Paquachuck B&B; take a short drive/boat ride to nearby beaches (Westport & Horseneck Beach); go wine tasting at Westport Rivers Vineyards, and enjoy quaint shopping and gourmet dining.
