FL Sales Tax included.  No Smoking or pets of any kind allowed in the home or on the premises.  Responsible party must be at least 25 years of age.  Maximum of 6 people allowed in home.  Flights and rental vehicle NOT included.

Optional pool heat is available for the months of Oct thru Dec & Jan thru May for an additional charge of $150.00 for the week.
