The television documentary " Hibel's Russian Palette" was developed during her trips and art shows in Leningrad, now St. Petersburg.  She was recognized for her effect on people and their love and understanding for each other long before her travels to communist countries with an honorary doctorate degree from the University for Peace in Costa Rica.
