Description
During this 5-week, 6 AM bootcamp, you will run the steepest hills…. No matter your fitness level - athlete, runner, weekend warrior, or newbie - David will get you up, moving, and in shape. All classes focus on whole body movements with and without weights, intense cardiovascular training and functional resistance training. The exercises are exciting and challenging and can always be modified for all fitness levels. Class meets 4 times per week and includes a t-shirt.
