First learn to make Chinese Soup Dumplings (pork and chicken).  Everyone is aware of fried dumplings, but here is a healthier and tastier version. You will get a hands-on lesson and enjoy them freshly made!

Second, you will enjoy some delicious dishes, home-made by Cecilia:

1. Grilled Chicken Skewers - marinated in a soy-based sauce

2. Korean BBQ Beef - Wrap this delicious sliced beef with a lettuce wrap and some sauce

3. South East Asian Curry - Lighter than the Indian ones, this curry uses spices that are unique to this region.  Instead of rice as an accompaniment, you will enjoy a healthy whole wheat baguette to dip with the curry!

4. Fried Rice - brown rice, eggs, shrimp, and green beans

5. and enjoy some white wine!

You will go home with the recipes as well as a list of places where you can easily find Asian ingredients. The list will include the type of sauces (eg soy, chili, sesame oil, marinade, etc) with short cuts and alternatives to Asian cooking.
