Tracey Miller, a holistic health counselor, will design a class for you and up to 7 guests (moms, dads, kids) to educate you on incorporating more nutritious meals into your busy life.  In the comfort of your kitchen, guests will learn how to prepare nourishing foods to help strengthen the immune system and give you more energy!  Guests will get ideas for healthier snacks, meal planning and a copy of the cookbook, Greens Glorious Greens.
