The voucher must be redeemed for reserved seat tickets in person at the B.U. Theatre Box Office (264 Huntington Avenue), the Calderwood Pavilion Box Office (527 Tremont Street), by mail, or by fax. Vouchers have no cash value and are not refundable or exchangeable. Subject to Availability.
To redeem by mail or fax, please call the Box Office at 617-266-0800 to check on ticket availability, then fill out your selection and mail the completed voucher to 264 Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02115 or fax to 617-421-9674.
Tickets held at the Box Office must be picked up at least 30 minutes prior to curtain. You must bring the voucher with you in order to receive your tickets. No exceptions. All unclaimed tickets will be realized to the public 15 minutes prior to curtain.
