X-rays are not included.  Most people do not require x-rays.  When they are deemed necessary, we will send patients out for them.  The gift certificate does not cover the cost of x-rays.

Gift certificates cannot be used for treatment for motor vehicle accidents or workman's comp. injuries.

Bidders note - Auction items are only tax deductible for the amount paid greater than the fair market value.

Certificate available for pick-up in Newton, MA or delivery within the greater Boston area.  All other areas, winning bidder is responsible for shipping which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via UPS and billed at standard industry rates.
