Come watch professional woman's soccer in Los Angeles!  The newly formed WPS (Woman's Professional Soccer) starts its inaugural season in 2009 with seven teams including our hometown team, the Los Angeles Sol.  Sol players include Marta Vierra da Silva, the exciting forward from Brazil and 3 time FIFA Women's World Player of the Year.  U.S. Women's National Team midfielder Shannon Boxx, USWNT Defender/Midfielder Stephanie Cox and midfielder Ally Wagner.
