"My name is Brooke Burgess and I have been in the kitchen cooking for my family for 15 years. When I took my first cooking class I had such a great experience. It ignited
a passion in me to learn more and I began experimenting in the kitchen and understanding more about food. Choosing fresh local ingredients and creating a great menu are the beginnings of an excellent meal. I have enjoyed every part of the learning process and want to offer people the same experience here in Grants Pass. Classes are held in my own kitchen and the environment at The Main Course is casual and welcoming.
