This wine, handcrafted by our winemaking team under the supervision of winemaker David Georges, is fashioned from grapes organically grown in the CCOF-Certified Nova Vineyard in Lake County. The 35 year old vines are head trained and dry fermented, yielding a wine with concentrated fruit character and a distinct background of earthy terrior. “Intense aromas of sun ripened fruit embrace subtle hints of cocoa. Notice a silky mouthfeel with flavors of dried fruits, cooked cherries, sweet spices, and a hint of sweet curry that are followed by a lasting finish of plum and brown sugar.”
