Winemaker's Notes: Cherry, berry, currant and cassis flavors, over a background of oak, round out this full-bodied wine. Still a little young, this wine should continue to improve over the next eight to ten years. This Cabernet will pair well with heartier foods, such as barbecued beef, stews and pasta.
