Mary Elke, 2007 Anderson Valley Pinot Noir:  This wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir composed of 3 French clones that reflect the cool climate and soils of the Anderson Valley. Rich fruit flavors combine with spicy elements tinged with vanilla oak to produce a fruiter style Pinot Noir for Elke. 640 cases

Mary Elke, 2008 Rose of Pinot Noir, Anderson Valley Pinot Noir:  The grapes were harvested at 23.4 Brix, the whole clusters were pressed and the juice had about 18 hours of skin contact, followed by a long, cool fermentation in stainless steel.  This Rose reflects the subtle fruit characters of Pinot Noir and is a nice expression of the Anderson Valley’s cool climate.  220 cases

Mary’s Organic Apple Juice – we have been producing apple juice since 1982.  The juice is made from organically grown Golden Delicious and Jonathan apples.  The fruit is processed, and the juice pasteurized and bottled in Sonoma County.
