Portraits South represents nearly 100 fine portrait artists available for commission.  Oil, pastel, watercolor, charcoal, and more.  The $250 certificate may be applied to the final payment of your portrait valued at $2,500 or more.  Must purchase a package of at least $2500 in order to apply the $250 gift certificate.  If minimum purchase of $2500 is not met, the $250 certificate cannot be used.  Expires April 4, 2010 (good for one year).
