Special Instructions
The value of this certificate shall be applicable toward the design retainer ($2,500) and the eventual purchase price of cabinetry (itemized and competitive) with SKDS. The full design service includes: in house material/color selection, appliance advice, plans, elevations, mechanical/construction drawings, detailed and itemized cabinetry purchase order with shop drawings.
Travel outside of a 10 mile radius under this arrangement by special agreement. Valid through 11/2009. The redeeming party must be a homeowner.
