An Afternoon at the Bakery

Description
A two-hour cooking class for four people with two amazing French bakers. Learn how to make macaroons, Parisian-style, plus other baking tips.
Opened in 1983, Le Panier (translated "bread basket") was created by a Frenchman living in the U.S. who missed his daily baguette and croissant. He brought in French bakers and began baking what you would find in a local boulangerie (bakery) and patisserie (pastry shop) in France. Baked daily with no preservatives, Le Panier turns out eight classic French breads, six types of croissant, and countless pastries including six flavors of macaroon! Is your mouth watering?
