Items won are in "as-is" condition. Due to the unique nature of each item, all sales are final. It is up to the discretion of UMPS CARE Charities whether or not a return request will be accepted.

• Winning bidder receives a certificate that entitles bearer to four field level tickets and on-field visit during batting practice to a 2009 regular season date to be mutually agreed upon with the Cardinals.


• Blackout dates include, but not limited to the following 2009 games: Opening Day, and Chicago Cubs games.


• To have the full support of the Cardinals, we ask that winning bidder and guests wear St. Louis Cardinals gear or clothing that does not support an out-of-town professional sports team.


• If winning bidder is present at the 2009 Golf Classic, certificate will be presented at the close of the auction.  If winning bidder is not present at the 2009 Golf Classic, certificate will be mailed.  Please allow 2 weeks for delivery after the auction closes.


• You will mail your certificate with your top 4 game choices.  A member of the Cardinals Community Relations team will coordinate final details.

UMPS CARE Charities accepts Visa and Mastercard only; we do accept checks but must wait for funds to clear the bank before shipping. For the protection of winning bidders, we will contact you to process payment on our website www.UmpsCare.com as we require the security verification code on your card where as cMarket auctions do not when you register.  As a courtesy we will attempt to contact you if your credit card is not processed successfully, but should it fail we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
