Items won are in "as-is" condition. Due to the unique nature of each item, all sales are final. It is up to the discretion of UMPS CARE Charities whether or not a return request will be accepted.

• Winning bidder will receive certificate to make arrangements with the Astros Community Affairs department.  See a copy of the certificate in the image above.


• Opportunity excludes Opening Day, Blackout Dates, and Post Season games; all dates subject to availability.


• Certificate may be redeemed beginning March 1, 2009 and expires August 31, 2009.  Redeemable for the 2009 season only.


• No exchanges, once a date has been selected the batting practice visits cannot be changed. 


• To have the full support of the Astros, we ask that winning bidder and guests wear Houston Astros gear or clothing that does not support any out-of-town college or professional sports team.


• If winning bidder is present at the 2009 Golf Classic, certificate will be presented at the close of the auction.  If winning bidder is not present at the 2009 Golf Classic, certificate will be mailed.  Please allow 2 weeks for delivery after the auction closes.

UMPS CARE Charities accepts Visa and Mastercard only; we do accept checks but must wait for funds to clear the bank before shipping. For the protection of winning bidders, we will contact you to process payment on our website www.UmpsCare.com as we require the security verification code on your card where as cMarket auctions do not when you register.  As a courtesy we will attempt to contact you if your credit card is not processed successfully, but should it fail we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
