What began as a basic gymnastics program quickly developed into a well-rounded health and fitness facility offering individual and group programs for children as well as adults. Essentially, a baby could begin at Jump Ahead while still in the womb with pre-natal Yoga, graduate into a mommy & me class as an infant, start gymnastics as a toddler, intro to sports as a pre-teen, weight training as a teenager, and Pilates as an adult. Plus through it all, there is the additional support and offerings of a licensed physical therapist and massage therapist.
