The winning bidder will receive free labor for a new roof on their house with the following restrictions:

Materials must be bought by the house.

Homeowner will pay for trash pick-up.

Home's roof is to be no larger than needing 25 square of shingles.

The pitch of the roof must be no higher than 7/12. (but can be lower)
