Appetizer: Grilled chipotle shrimp; rib-eye skewers; artisan bread and gourmet dipping oils

Salad: baby spinach and micro-green salad with sunflower seeds, topped with a grilled peach and a raspberry vinaigrette

Main course and sides: Spicy shrimp and chicken penne pasta with a sun-dried tomato alfredo sauce; grilled asparagus; roasted mushrooms; home-made Southwest cream corn served in a bellpepper bowl

Dessert: Fresh berries and homemade whipped cream served in a chocolate bowl served with a raspberry sauce.  WOW!!
