The Bonefish Grill...fueled by the mutual passion for fish by its owners, veteran restaurateurs Tim Curci and Chris Parker, they set out to create a new kind of dining experience.

They wanted to build a place that would take the mystery out of fish for people who don't eat it very often.

The result is Bonefish - a comfortable place where guests learn  where the fish they are eating has come from, how to have it cooked, and best of all - how to have fun with the wide range of delicious flavors and sauces cthat have been created to perfectly complement a wide range of species.
