IM=X stands for Intergrated Movement = Xercise and is a franchise out of New York with Lake Oswego being the first in the Northwest. This form of Pilates is a more athletic approach to Pilates than the traditional form taught around our area. We offer your 1st Private session for free because we know after you try it 1 time you will be hooked. We will also be offering Spinning and Yoga in the studio to give you a well rounded schedule to choose from for your weekly work-outs.
