Children's Theatre Institute has donated one week of "From Story to Stage" theatre camp for children ages 9-14, a $195 value! The camp lasts from 9:00AM-4:00PM from Monday through Friday and is available three different weeks:  June 8-12, July 13-17, and July 20-24, 2009.  For registration and information go to www.indycti.org

Each session will explore a short classic story and will be taught by theatre professionals. Campers will have the opportunity to participate in the various areas of the theatrical process, including Producing, Playwrighting, Acting, Scenic Design, Costume Design, and Lighting. Each session is designed to discover the interests and talents within that particular group – so each session can be a very different experience. Though focus is not placed on a “final product” there is opportunity for family and friends to see the fruit of the campers’ collaborative efforts in our new theatre on the final day of camp.
