TARGETeen training at TargeTraining of Westport, CT compliments an existing training program or develops a new one based on your busy high school schedule.  Available to teenagers 13-18, this program provides an experienced trainer to guide you through strength, endurance and speed training while tracking your progress and adjusting your program to fit your personal needs and goals.  This package provides a one month program of two sessions per week.
