ASI Gymnastics offers the best athletic development for your child.  Girls progress through four recreational skill levels and complete posters that include vault, floor, bars, beam, and trampoline. Ratios in beginning classes are 6:1 and classes meet for one hour. All classes are taught by a safety-educated instructor.

ASI offers the best boys gymnastics program in Texas. Boys age five and up progress through three levels of gymnastics training. All classes are one hour long and taught by a safety-educated instructor. Gymnastics provides athletic training for young boys and prepares them for any sport they may play including soccer, diving, football, baseball, and track.

Our Tiny Tots program is a parent/child participation class led by a safety-educated instructor. The class is 50 minutes long and is broken down into four 10 minute rotations and a 5-minute game.
