Description
Do you want to drop pounds, inches and flab? Then this is the class for you! Your body will be pushed to the limit as you try a wide variety of cardio and strength training activities. Class includes three, 75-minute workouts a week plus some weekend events.
Class meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:15 am - 10:30 am. Mondays and Wednesdays meet in the gymnasium and Fridays meet in the lobby for an outdoor workout.
This class is open to non-members too.

Special Instructions
Session cannot be spread out over multiple sessions & it cannot be exchanged for a different program or service at the club. Must be used by 12/31/09.
