Quote from artist:

"I love applying bright, juicy watercolor pigments onto white paper. The freedom, speed and spontaneity of this medium suit my temperament. I very much enjoy the painting en plein air on location. Inspired by nature and the beauty around me, I attempt to create memorable, impressionistic images with bold patterns and well-balanced forms."

This is a Live Event Item.

Special Instructions

Kay Duffy is a "wet and loose" watercolor artist. Her paintings are bright and impressionistic. She uses bold colors, broad strokes, and strong shapes to depict the natural landscape, flowers and trees, interesting buildings, foreign lands and exotic places. Her abstract collaged (glued) paintings are created by arranging interesting patterns of papers textured in a unique way with watercolor pigments.
