My Gym has created an extraordinary program and facility devised to help children six weeks to thirteen years of age develop physically, cognitively and emotionally. Imaginations soar and children triumph at My Gym Children's Fitness Center.

Our structured, age-appropriate weekly classes incorporate music, dance, relays, games, special rides, gymnastics, sports and other original activities. My Gym kids have so much fun as they gain strength, balance, coordination, fine and gross motor proficiency, agility, flexibility and social skills. The most important benefit we offer, however, is the building of confidence and self-esteem.

My Gym's state-of-the-art facility has custom- designed equipment, the configuration of which is changed each week to provide a new and exciting experience for the children.
