Enjoy a seven-night stay in the best available room upon arrival including suites at your choice of these award-winning properties subject to availability. The winning bidder is required to pay a per person food and beverage fee that provides all-inclusive status at the selected resort. The cost per day per person (at the day of publication) is listed in ( ) after each property below.
If the winning bidder is upgraded to a higher accommodation than standard accommodations (prior to their arrival), the winning bidder will be responsible for the room tax and for the additional value between the standard and upgrade room/suite. If they are upgraded at check-in, they will not have to pay any room taxes. Reservations must be made at least 21 days in advance of arrival. Valid through December 20, 2008 and from January 2, 2009 through January 31, 2009 and from March 1, 2009 through November 30, 2009 subject to availability.
Properties marked with (**) have received the Green Hotel Certification seal, which is an independent recognition of good corporate citizenship at both an environmental and a cultural level to the highest international standard. Certification criteria assesses greenhouse gas emissions; water conservation and management; indoor and outdoor air quality; waste management; facility management; policy and governance; purchasing; community; destination protection, conservation and management; and cultural and social issues. All other Elite Island Resort properties will be Green Hotel certified by year end 2008.
