Fred Kaskowitz, owner of Catering by Greystone (and our beloved Woods End Deli), will treat six people to an evening of professional cooking lessons and gourmet food that will be informative, fun and filling! Fred will guide you through the process of preparing a five course gourmet meal, and then you will enjoy the delicious results. Student chefs will use proper tools and learn classic kitchen techniques and recipes from Fred, as well as indulge in the resulting taste sensations. Students will pick one of four prepared menus they would like to learn to cook as well as eat.
