The message of black horse is "SEEK FOR ANSWERS WITHIN THE DARK OF YOUR DREAMS."

About The Artist

Recognized as a gifted and prolific artist, Fran’s paintings have been featured in exhibits and galleries, with countless works currently in private and corporate collections around the country. After being diagnosed with cancer in both breasts, Fran launched a mission to fund breast cancer research projects. This passion led her to establish The Weathervane Foundation, Inc., a Texas 501(c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to finding the cause and cure of breast cancer. Serving as Executive Director of the Foundation, Fran’s efforts have won her accolades in the community, including the BMW Hero of the Year Award, and the Denise Veillon Care, Share and Be Aware Award.
