The authors Stanley and Janice Berenstain dispense advice on all kinds of subjects, including pregnancy, feeding, bedtime, first words, discipline, daycare, and more. 

92 pages.  Black and white hand-drawn illustrations.  Hardcover with no dust jacket.  Comes sealed in a new box with a note from the authors on how the book came about.
