Our design staff includes an A.I.A. member architect and an interior designer who is a Certified Green Building Professional (USGBC) and experienced in universal design. We have built and remodeled hundreds of homes over our 30 year history and are one of the most experienced and highly respected design/build firms in the Bay Area.
Special Instructions
As part of the design service we will:
- Assess existing conditions
- Measure and photograph the existing space
- Check zoning and planning requirements
- Develop preliminary design concepts with 3D drawings
- Develop a preliminary project budget for review
