Cooking Class for up to 10 people- "Making Fresh Pasta" Have you ever wanted to learn how to make fresh pasta at home? Even if you just like watching other people make fresh pasta and then eating it with some beautifully paired wine selections, then you will love this pasta making class. Executive Chef at Tomasso Trattoria, Justin Melnick, will lead up to 10 students through hands-on instruction making pasta dough, rolling and cutting different shapes, and making sauces all in Tomasso's kitchen located in the restaurant on Route 9 in Southborough. All students receive recipes and can take home any pasta they make. The classroom portion lasts 2-3 hours, followed by a sit-down meal using items prepared during the class, along with some extras that Justin will prepare to complement the pastas. Prosecco is served during the class and red and white wines will be paired and served with the sit-down meal. Students will also enjoy a special discount on anything purchased at Panzano on the day of the class.
