To claim you tickets, you must provide the gift certificate wth your name, address and phone number to Dan Harris at the Chicago Wolves office, 2301 Ravine Way, Glenview, IL  60035 by December 31, 2009.  Certificates will not be accepted at the Allstate Arena box office or the Hoffman Estates office..
