This rare set of Boy Scouts of America items are from the extinct BSA Region12 which at one time covered the councils in California. The cut-edge patch is unused and in mint condition. The neckerchief is in very good condition with small signs of wear. The extremely rare neckerchief slide is metal and in very good condition.
