This rare hardcover book was published by the BSA in 1944 and is the third edition. The book was developed by the BSA Division of Personnel and is a manual of human relationships for the use of local Council leaders.

The contents start with the objectives and fundamentals of the movement and work through ten chapters dealing with everything from Commisisoners to Counseling Scouters.

The book is in very good condition and the binding is tight. There is an inscription on the inside cover that it was presented to a Scout Leader or Council Executive at The Schiff Scout Reservation in 1960.
