1) Shane Lechler debuted with the Raiders in 2000 and is arguably the best punter in the NFL. He has set numerous Raidre and NFL records. He holds the NFL career record for Best Average per Punt (only behind the legendary Sammy Baugh) and is a three time pro-bowler. He played in Super Bowl XXXVII.

2) Sebastian Janikowski debuted with the Raiders in 2000 and is known as the strongest kicker in the NFL. He once attempted the longest field goal in NFL history of 76 yards. He holds numerous Raiders kicking records including highest FG Percentage of 76% and recently set another Raider record with a 57 yard FG.
