Description

Vinification:
Cold maceration for 12-24 hours; clarification and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for 15 days.
DESCRIPTCION:
Pale, clear, with greenish hues, intensely aromatic, well balanced, with body and a refreshing touch of tartness. El Coto Blanco’s pleasant acidity combines perfectly with an exquisite aftertaste of flowers, fruit and fine herbs.
